Floppy models

Now "mu -i" supports the creation if a new BASE floppy-disk model:

		floppy #1:	BOOT+ROOT (1440k)
		floppy #2:	USR gzipped (1440k)

This model is provided for machines with low memory, that can't handle
superformatted diskettes.
